Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how PraiseIQ, a product of LoadSys Solutions ("PraiseIQ", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://praiseiq.com and within our Platform. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer, phone or tablet when you visit. They let the website remember things about your visit, such as whether you are signed in or which settings you chose. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay on your device until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).
We also use similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, that work in much the same way. In this policy, we refer to all of them as "cookies."
HOW WE USE COOKIES
We use cookies to run our Platform, keep your account secure, remember your preferences and understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell information collected through cookies.
TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for our website and Platform to work. They keep you signed in to your Account, protect against fraudulent activity and security threats, and remember items such as your session as you move between pages. You cannot switch these cookies off through our website, because the Platform will not function without them.
Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices you make, such as your language, display settings and the business location you last worked in. They make the Platform easier to use but are not essential to it.
Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed most often and where people run into problems. The information is collected in aggregate and is used only to improve our website and Services.
Payment cookies
When you subscribe to or pay for our Services, our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies to process your payment securely and to help prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies.
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
Some cookies on our website are set by third-party service providers that help us run the Platform, such as payment processing, analytics and customer support tools. These providers may collect information about your use of our website in line with their own privacy policies. We do not control these cookies, and we encourage you to review the policies of those providers.
REVIEW WIDGETS ON OUR CUSTOMERS' WEBSITES
Our customers can display reviews on their own websites using PraiseIQ widgets. These widgets may use strictly necessary or functional cookies so that reviews load and display correctly. The business that owns that website is responsible for informing its visitors about the cookies used on its site.
HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES
Most web browsers let you view, block and delete cookies through their settings. You can usually find these options in the "Settings," "Preferences" or "Privacy" menu of your browser. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of our website and Platform will not work, including signing in to your Account.
Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before placing cookies that are not strictly necessary, and you can change your choices at any time.
You can learn more about cookies, including how to manage and delete them, at https://www.allaboutcookies.org.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website and Platform after any change means you accept the updated policy.
