Why we built it
Here’s a pattern we kept seeing. A contractor does careful, honest work for twenty years and has 40 Google reviews. The competitor down the road, who isn’t half as good, has 300. The difference usually has nothing to do with quality. One of them asks for reviews and the other doesn’t.
Happy customers mean well, but they get busy and forget. Unhappy customers rarely forget. Left alone, that math works against the businesses that deserve better.
PraiseIQ fixes the asking part, then handles most of what comes after.
What it does
After a job or appointment, PraiseIQ sends your customer a short text or email asking how it went. Customers who had a great experience get a one-tap path to leave a review on Google, Facebook or wherever matters most for your business. If someone had a problem, their feedback comes to you privately first, so you can make it right before it becomes a one-star review.
You can also collect reviews in person with QR codes and tap-to-review cards on the counter, at the chair, or on the truck.
From there, PraiseIQ watches more than 67 review sites and tells you when something new comes in. It can draft replies for you (or respond automatically on Google and Facebook, using rules you set). Your best reviews can be shown on your website with embeddable widgets and shared to your social accounts without anyone copying and pasting.

More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity to recommend a dentist or a contractor instead of scrolling through search results. Those answers are shaped by what the internet says about you. PraiseIQ tests how your business shows up in AI search, tracks where you rank on local Google results across your service area, and keeps your Google Business Profile active with regular posts you approve.

PraiseIQ is built by LoadSys Solutions, a Chicago-area software company that has been building technology for businesses since 2002. Over that time we’ve worked with more than 400 clients, and today we focus on practical AI engineering as an Anthropic partner.
